To use the Promotion Code:
• Check your email; if the code is not in your inbox within a few minutes, check your spam folder.
• Return to this site, and select up to 100 programs for your trial, starting at Screening Room.
• Checking out and creating your Account:
  
  1. Apply the Promo Code that is in the email you received.
  2. You will create an account with which you and your institution can access the videos.
  3. You must use the same email address for your account as you used for this free trial.
  4. Choose a suitable username and password to maintain your account.
  5. Complete the order (which should show a balance of $0) at the final step of Order Confirmation.
• The videos will be available for 30 days before expiring.
• In your Account Maintenance, you will need to specify the IP ranges of your institution, and configure a proxy server, if your institution uses one.
• Your users will access the videos from the Institution Access tab on the home page, or you may download a spreadsheet of URLs
• You will receive a single, friendly email to remind you of the pending expiration.
